Arrive in Palm Springs…
We recently stayed in Palm Springs the night before Thanksgiving because hello — 93 degree weather! I heard about ARRIVE and immediately loved the concept.
It’s only been open for about a year and a half and the next one is already in the works in Austin TX. It’s a very “open to the neighborhood” and locals type of hotel with the check-in desk being the bar, naturally. No really — you walk into the bar and the bartender checks you in. Cute.
Anything you need, you only need to send a text and they reply instantly. All furniture is from West Elm and toiletries from Malin + Goetz. Free wi-fi AND free valet.
By the way, the mini bar charges a shocking $2 for snacks (peanut M&Ms, tortilla chips, Kit Kats). With hotels charging double digits for convenient store candy being the norm, THANK YOU Arrive.
Food is always the most important part of any hotel for us so let me just say, the restaurant here is actually really good. We ended up not leaving the grounds and having lunch, dinner and breakfast here. All dishes were really tasty and a decent variety of choices (hamachi crudo, little gem salad, chicken lavash wrap, roasted japanese eggplant).
For pups, it’s only $50/stay and they even provide a little doggie gate to put in front of your patio (and organic dog biscuits).
We really enjoyed our stay and the room felt very airy and large. We’d definitely come back, especially with the great room rates: $150!
